Yesterday I had a visitor from 'Sky' He was a tall, heavy set blackman, wearing a shirt with Sky log on it. He also had a security tag hanging from a Sky lanyard. I did not manage to catch his name. He had a small van parked outside with Sky logos on it.
He told me he had to check the broadband input underneath my front window and said he would need to check the broadband inside the house.
He then asked for the last 6 digits of my bank account from which I pay my monthly subscription. I made the excuse that my husband had the details with him. The man then said he would return later!! He did not return. I am very worried about him appearing to have all the credentials AND a Sky van outside the door?
