Credit refund.

How do I get my credit refunded without having to ring SKY. Is anyone able to help please. Credit has been in the account since beginning of July.

@Sophie0493 We sure can help, i will escalate your post to the Sky community messaging team here, they will either send you a private message or you may see a red/blue chat bubble appear towars the bottom of your screen(it will probably be tomorrow now), once you receive either chat invites you have 48 hours to respond and then it takes 3-5 working days for the refund to hit your account.

The chat message via the bubble that should be at the bottom of this page was sent to you are about 8.05 this morning so do you see this and i so have you started the conversation of by typing into it ?

The chat bubble has gone now and I haven't had a response as far as I'm aware. I cant have my phone throughout the day at work so its hard to keep up contact.

Credit refund

I have a refund due that I processed with sky nearly 2 weeks ago but it is still in my sky account. Sky said it would be 3-5 working days but still nothing. Can anyone help with an accurate time frame of when the refund will be sent please and thank you.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team may contact you in the next 45 mins but more likely tomorrow now. 

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
