Payments

I only got paid yesterday and it was a small amount and as I'm struggling, would you be able to reverse the payment that was taken out today, and I'll be able to pay it full on the 20th of this month

@Alan251 Please be aware the forum is not a way to make contact with Sky customer service, it is manned mainly by fellow customers.

It's highly unlikely that Sky would reverse a payment that was correctly taken, you could call and ask but I think they would refuse to do so.

I've never heard of Sky agreeing to something like that before so extremely unlikely. You've agreed to Skys T's and C's to pay monthly in full on the date agreed.
