Credit refund

I had an email a couple of months ago regarding a £70 refund on my account. Rang the number after checking it was legitimate and followed the instructions however still no refund received.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

@Anonymous  Is there a credit showing on your account?  If so you can either call to get the credit back or we can escalate your post to be picked up by Sky Staff, but will likley be tomorrow at the earliest.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Urgent Notice for Sky+ users: as of 29th October 2024 you will no longer be able to pair your viewing card to a Sky+/Sky+HD box that the card is not already paired to, so if your Sky box breaks you cannot replace it and you'll need to move to either Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream to access Sky content

It can take 3-5 working days before the refund hits your acount so when did you call that number ?

Oh well, we could have helped you by getting Sky to contact you but now you will have to contact them.

 

Don't be put of by us saying you are not talking to Sky as while this is correct we can get Sky to contact you.
