Credit compensation

I would like the amount of credit sent to my bank account as requested not to my sky account please.

@JennieC2  What does the compensation relate to as some types of cancellation cost cannot be credited to your bank unless you have a prior agreement with sky before the credit is applied to your account

Compensation was for very delayed connection to fibre broadband

Did you request that initially? 


You could call Sky and ask about refunding to your bank but a credit refund like that is usually credited to your 'Live' Sky account and used for future payments so don't be surprised if Sky say no.

You don't, normally.

 

But if Sky had given you a choice give them a call and request it...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
