Credit balance yet I am being chased for payment

I am being chased by Sky for payment yet my Sky app indicates  a credit balance.

I really need to speak with someone as looks like Sky have setup two profiles for me, very confused here and need any assistance asap please Sky!

I can provide oth acct details to a Sky rep but will not share here for personal data reasons etc

I  need my services for my work but cannot speak to a human at Sky to sort this mess out and amgoing around in circles on your automated helplines, help pls VIP customer here!

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. Also, almost all customers are VIP customers at some level.

 

Are you saying you can't call Sky because your services are restricted? 

By the way your image was rejected as you'd not blocked out the account number. Feel free to resubmit a revised image of your bill.

Sky TV services are, BB is ok atm

I do not use sky mobile so can call ok from my mobile, I just cannt find a human to speak to.

So your TV services are restricted. Restrictions are applied automatically and agents can’t override this process. Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what they believe is owed and set up a new continuous payment method.

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. If you’re in arrears for 56 days or more Sky can fully terminate your subscription. Any calls to Sky will only prompt you to make a payment.

Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. (Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week).

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/

Once this has all taken place you should be able to get through to an agent.
