Re: Credit Refund

Hi, I also need a manual credit refund and I don't know how to do it? Do I need to make my own post on this forum to get help?

thank you

@CC89x

What is the credit for? Have you recently left Sky?

Re: Credit Refund

Hi Daniel, no I spoke to sky yesterday and they said it's from an overpayment but I couldn't hear the advisor very well so I said I'll try and sort it myself online

@CC89x
So you made an unnecessary manual payment. I would suggest NOT making any manual payments unless requested to by Sky.

If your extra payment is still showing as a credit, we can perhaps get you some help in getting it refunded (within the standard 3-5 WORKING days) through staff from the Community Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that but please confirm it’s currently showing as a credit.

@CC89x
I’ve escalated your post to Sky and staff from their Community Messaging Team should make contact with you later.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
