I cant pay my bill
This is the billing process for everyone…
If you usually pay by Direct Debit and the full payment fails on the normal payment date Sky will automatically attempt it again 10 calendar days later (warning: any manual payment made in this period will usually only go as a credit towards the following months bill leaving this months unpaid).
After 10 days, if that second attempt also fails Sky may send a text and/or email notifying you that your payment has failed again and you then have a day or two at best before they restrict your services.
🔴 If you usually pay by Continuous Card and the full payment fails on the normal payment date Sky will send a text/email notification about the failed payment and you usually have at best 2/3 days before being restricted. There is no grace period and I believe only 1 attempt is made for a card payment, so if this has failed, you will need to pay manually and then reset the payment method for next month.
Restrictions are an automated process and we’ve been told Customer Service agents can’t stop it (even if you’re told otherwise on the phone). Sky don’t allow payment plans (except on a legitimately closed account) or a promise to pay on or by a certain date.

Re: Problem payong my bill
You are talking to customers here but what we can say for certainty is that if the bill isn't paid your services will be restricted until they are and if this happens to get them restored you would need to pay the bill in full and the next one if you were 2 weeks late or more in paying it. You would also need to setup a payment method on your account before your services would be restored.
If you pay by a direct debit and this fails Sky will try again 10 days later and it is only if the payment fails in this second attempt could your services be restricted so should this happen you will need to pay what you owe in full and setup your payment method before your services will be restored.
If you do pay by direct debit then you do not need to make any manual payment as this will not stop Sky from trying again after these 10 days.
You will be unable to cancel if you are in arrears or if that your services are restricted.

Re: Restricriction
@Celticgill
If a payment is 2+ weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well.
If payments are 56+ days overdue Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).
If this is part of a credit agreement purchase (for Sky Mobile or Sky Glass) non payment can see the credit agreement cancelled at which point the full amount becomes due in one payment.
Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.
You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
