WhatsApp a person kept me on 20mins then he said maybe the loyalty department best for me .After 20mins a joke .I wonder they losing customer. Another clown said I heard u went to give up the service. I didn't mention given up service. Sky need a email so you get a response. Not a complaint email which they don't pass on messages. I don't know who is running it .it's crap. I sent a email last year I went to give up broadband as my broadband deal was up.no response so I got charged extra month then full price. I rang up 20e a well trained woman kept me on trying to make me keep it.She didn't hear of cost of living crisis.
