Refund needed
I left sky last and have credit due a refund. Is there a way to get this without calling in as I keep trying live messaging but it says it's closed when I try.

If your payment method is still active on your Sky account refunds can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection. If your payment method has been cancelled Sky will have to manually raise a cheque (usually involving a back office team) and post it to you so it’ll take longer.
If you wish we can try to help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if that’s what you want to do but please confirm in your reply it’s currently showing as a credit on your Sky account.

Tv stopped on 13th October and broadband on 3rd October. Having seen other threads it doesn't look like this is refunded automatically and the bottom of the credit says it will come off a future bill so looking to get this refunded.

1st of the month. So I have a bill dated 1st of November showing credit of £53. I was waiting to see if I would receive a refund on my usual payment date but nothing came through.

On the 1st November bill does it say that the credit has been carried over to your next bill ?

In that case what will happen is you will have to wait until that next bill with the credit on generates as I don't think it can be refunded untik the next bill is live. So as it is payable on 1st December which is a Sunday it will generate 14 days prior to that so around the 16/17/18 November so once this has happened post back here as we can then escalate your post to Sky's messaging team.
