I want to talk about what I'm getting for the cost I'm paying? I have tried to call and the dept who could help but their system was down so she gave me a phone number to call..........it wasn't the right number but was definitely a number!!
I tried to call again but the message said there was a 40 min wait at 3:30 on a Friday!
is everyone complaining or leaving or updating???

A 40 minute wait time isn't unusual, judging by posts here. When lines open at 7.00am or after 9.00pm is thought to be the best time to call.

Could be worse. Just had 90 minutes on whatsapp to discuss why I pay £75 per month more than I would if I were a new customer. Chatted with one guy who referred me after 10 minutes, then an hour of supplying information to the next person at which point they then said they were the wrong department and couldn't transfer me. Feels deliberate to stop you leaving.
