Cooling off

Just altered my existing sky to package are you allowed a cooling off period and how long

Hi @brian+husband   Just in case it involves Sports channels, there is no cooling off period, it is to discourage people subscribing and cancelling after watching an event.

@brian+husband  Details of any cooling off period are normally included in your confirmation emails and are usually 31 days for tv services
