AGREEMENT TO PAY EXIT FEES FROM LAST PROVIDER

Sky have agreed to pay my exit fees from Virgin.  I have emailed all the necessary paper work and Account number in July.  I have not yet received a response from you.  I had asked for acknowledgement of receipt but not had a reply.  When am I likely to receive the money?

@JanetP1  Credits are normally applied to accounts within 14 days of submitting the information

The place to look for this credit is your Sky bill which you can access via the MySky app or online here:

@JanetP1 Sky don't settle your Virgin account. You have to pay Virgin and then claim reimbursement via the link posted below.
