Well, we're other customers here...

No one else can settle your Sky bill other than you.

Have you had confirmation of cancellation from Sky?  (As your contract does not end until notice is given)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

yes they are aware and BT said Sky should not charge until the switch are done as they are just sorting out the installation for the full fibre broadband

I told  Vodafone to liaise with Sky

Hi @costa+buff  Your post is a little confusing. Sky will continue to charge you while you are connected to Sky. A refund will be issued once the switch is complete. Please note that Vodafone will not settle your bill, you need to pay Sky and then with proof of payment claim it back off Vodafone, normally as a credit. Do not contact Sky as this will upset the switch, leave it to Vodafone. Please note it is Openreach that does the install, nothing to do with BT.

It's the other way round. Vodafone won't charge you until the switch has completed. Sky will continue to charge you until then.

I assume you're in contract with Sky until May 2027. I imagine Vodafone have said they will reimburse you for Sky's early termination charge that you'll incur as you're switching to them before the end of your contract with Sky. Vodafone won't settle any charges made by Sky directly. You'll have to pay and claim them back from Vodafone.
