How hard is it to transfer credit back to my account when I cancelled my broadband over a month ago
I cancelled my broadband in March 2025 and you still took Aprils amount from my bank account? I was informed I had to wait until the end of April and still nothing? Will it be transfered to my Sky Mobile account or when will it be returned?

Do you see a credit on your bill for your broadband because if you do this can be refunded to you (it can not be transferred to your mobile billing account) and help of which can be arranged for you via here if you would like but only if you now see a credit ?

Hi, yes I would like help in getting the refund transferred as verbally promised earlier in April.
