Contact SKY from USA

I have recently sold my house and I need to update my address but I'm in the USA for a few months so ideally would like to email and not call and be charged ridiculous amounts. I've tried the virtual chat but no use at all and I can't find an email address so hoping there's a way of doing it without having to call.

 

(This is only for sky mobile so raising a home move wouldn't be applicable as that wanted me to book an engineer visit)

Sky don't use email as a general communication method.

 

Really the alternative options is to reach out to the Sky Help Team via their pages on Twitter/X or Facebook. However this team is limited in what help they can provide so they may not be able to resolve the issue for you and may advise you call.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning  (UK time) regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
