Contract and Bills

Hello, this is Ariza I want to ask about the contract and bills. 1. The contract said I have to pay £26.00 for 18 months, but I have to pay 39.49 on 6 March 2024 (this March bill) 2. Admin fee, I have to pay an admin fee of £10 in April, what is it for? Is it bcs of I am moving to a new flat? Or because I called the Sky CS? 3. CS said the rising price will always happen in April every year, and that's fine. But why bill on my contract doesn't apply to me? I still have +/- 12 months to go If the raise is £3.50 like in the email, then, 26.00+3.50 should be 29.50? Please let me know about this matter Kind regards -Ariza
