Complaint

Tried several times pay bill as was due that day n still not able to .I am def not paying extra as its nit my fault app not working properly 😡

You should have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up. That woukd prevent the requirement to make a manual payment. Do you have such a payment set up?

It's your fault that you don't have a direct debit or monthly card payment set up, however. That's what you agreed to do.
