Moving house issue

I use the app or website to announce to Sky that we are moving house next week and would like to move our sky products to this house. However when I do I sign in and it tells me I have a house move in progress which I don't. And then I press track it and it says it can't be found. I need help I have only until 28th August to sort it and want us to be on our WiFi the day we move in

Is the phone number isn't showing and if you are not a Sky mobile or have a Sky talk landline phone where the number to call is just 150 then there are links to Sky's social media sites at the bottom of this page.

Recommended notice period is at least 2 weeks.

 

Depending on the provisioning required and OpenReach availability I would assume you won't be connected on your moving date.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

That's not the reason as I tried on my sky account for a different email and it allowed it. I think it's just our last move hasn't been signed off as completed and it's glitched the system
