Good evening
I have just recieved an email from sky about an automatic compensation scheme. I have just been messed about with my broadband and waited weeks for it to be completed but I don't know if this email is real or if it's a scam, i havent used it to log in to my sky just incase. I suppose the only thing I can do is wait n see but it also says it will be credited back to my account.. had anyone managed to get this put back into their bank account instead as this would be such a help for christmas. Rather then Sky compensating themselves.. thank you all.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have qualified for compensation credit then it will be applied to your account which you should be able to see via either your latest of a future bill so here:
https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk
Compensation credit can not be refunded but instead it will be used against the next available bill.

the credit cannot be transferred to bank accounts (unless the Sky account has been closed) and must be used against future bills

Thank you for your reply,
I have just checked on my future bill and can see it there. I do understand but guess I can put what I would have paid on bills to presents instead
Thank you
Jamie
