exx manager for sky!

i spoke to someone this afternoon after being with sky for 15 years i was in hospital not my fault had a sizure but payments went to 570 pounds, now i dont mind paying it but its a lot of money a manager said call back on the 20th john and we can clear it and help u get back to normal payments as in 15 years iv never asked for help. only to call be passed to 5 people just to be lied to and told to just get on with it even tho my services are restricted aand theres a 76 year old vaunrauble woman in the house with her only connection to the world is with the phone. now cos i worked for sky i no  they can help me  with this but there choosing not to , meaning im concidering moving to virgin 02 and id never normally trust them i like sky, but the service i recived today i feel people  should no 🙂

@Johnbwoi  I'm not sure what you gain by telling people you fell into debt, are an ex manager at Sky and expect Sky to treat you different to other customers, the T & C's are there for a reason and treating one customer different to another wouldn't be fair, nor should any company be favouring one customer over another. 

 

You'll need to pay what you owe before they reinstate your services.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
