Clarification Regarding Moving Home and Contract Cancellation Policy

Dear Sky Customer Support,

I am currently considering signing up for a 24-month Sky Broadband contract.
However, I may need to move to a new address after 12 months.

Could you please confirm:
If I move to an area where Sky does not provide broadband service, will I be able to cancel my contract early without incurring any early termination fees or penalties?

I would like to ensure that this policy applies to any broadband package or service I may purchase from Sky.

I would appreciate a written confirmation of your policy regarding this matter before I commit to any long-term contract.

@Anonymous  we're predominantly a customer helps customer forum only not sky support 

 

you will need to speak to sky directly by calling for assistance but what we can say is that sky will try to accommodate you but the final decision is solely at Skys discretion on a case by case basis
