locked out of SKY
I have paid monthly using my credit card and there is a lot of money left on my card. I received a text saying I had not paid my bill. I paid the amount owing and want to set up another direct debit but I am locked out of my account and the pages are restricted.

If you're seeing a 'this page is restricted' message when you're logged in with the,right Sky ID, give Sky a call and they'll be able to sort it out for you.
