Hi. I cancelled my sky back in January and the services ended on 15/02. This is when my sky TV and broadband ended and services stopped. I have been charged for broadband for the remainder of Febuary even though the services stopped. Will this be automatically refunded or do I have to request?

Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

Yes all equipment has been returned in the packaging sent by sky.
