Are you a new customer to Sky because if so you are billed twice within the first month:

Ye this is my first month but over 100 pound is a bit steep like

As explained in the link this is how it works in the first month because your first bills cover more than the usual 4 weeks, after your second bill you will be billed monthly.

If you look at your bills you'll find you are being charged monthly

in advance which makes first bills higher until they'll settle down.
