Charged for non return of equipment

I have been charged for non return of my sky equipment. We recently moved so sending it all back took longer than expected and we also didnt get the packaging, we did almost forget as we had a lot going on too, however we sent it back just before the date it said it had to be returned and I still received a message saying we were being charged. I do have the royal mail receipt to say we sent it back, is there anyway of getting the charge taken off?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
