Struggling to pay my bill

Hi can I get a sky payment holiday I've just got my own house afterbleaving an abusive relationship so I'm struggling at the minute to pay my bills and I've been cut off and also suffer mental health condition so need my mobile on

@NADINE2K9 Payment holidays apply to credit agreements for Mobile & Glass TV's (if bought on credit)  there isn't a payment holiday for Broadband, TV or Data plans.  See here for unfo regarding outstanding bills and debt advise https://www.sky.com/help/home/your-account/cost-of-living/articles/billing-and-debt-management

This link explains payment holidays for mobile and Sky Glass subscriptions. I'm not sure if it can be applied when your services are already restricted … you may have to pay what you owe first and re-set a payment method.
