Hey ive cancelled sky i need a refund

Can someone plz send a link to speak to someone to claim refund as I was told I have to wait till now to be able to?

When you had the chat a couple of weeks ago what did they tell you ?

They said come back on 14th then they can issue the refund as it was too soon

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
