Discussion topic: Charged for calls even with Sky Talk Anytime Extra

Hi,

Does anyone know why I am still being charged for calls even though I have sky talk anytime extra on my account? I am in effect now paying twice for the calls.

All the calls are local and within 'normal' hours. These are landline calls as around our area mobile phone signal is so poor

I have been unable to find answers online elsewhere.

@MARLER123 are they more than 1 hours duration. If so they become chargeable
