Charged for a Sky Subscription I did not request?

I am a new customer, signed up to Sky Essentials and broadband in July at £35 per month. 12th August a payment was taken from my bank account. I cannot find out what this was for?

Are you saying it wasn't £35 that was taken by Sky, what shows via your bill that you can naccess via the MySky app or online here:
