Bill issues

I recieved an email in July regarding renewing my contract, saying if i dont do it now the price is going up so i phoned up to renew my contract and was given a price of £76 which i was happy with, a couple off weeks later i noticed in my account that the price had gone up to £85 i phoned and asked why they told me it would sort it self out near payday but it didn't so i phoned again and was told by a manager that is the price and we are not moving, what i'm agrieved buy is that i asked in the begining am i getiing the same package for £76 and was assured that nothing had changed, but they failed to tell me that it didn't include HD or multiscreen just to get me to commit to 24 months. so later that day i phoned to cancel Sports as i can not afford £85 only to be told it's going to cost me £60, i can't remember them giving me £60 when i asked for Sports to be added. iI have been a Sky customer for 24 years and i feel let down for my loyalty, Sky certainly live up to thier reputation by once signed up we will increase your plan, i'm just pleased i didn't sign up for broadband and mobile, that was a lucky escape.

I'm with EE for broardband and mobile and it's always very clear what you are paying

@dsotm58

You might want to put in a complaint giving the date and time you spoke to Sky about this:

@dsotm58 ypu might want to raise a complaint about the £76 morphing into £85. I'd suggest using the webform option here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

The £60 for cancelling Sky Sport is standard.
