How do I get a refund of a Hayu Subscription that I never activated? I have been billed £4.99 for the last 3 months. Can I get a refund? How do I canel future payments? Any advice would be much appreciated.

It looks like the number isn't showing at present so another option is to try social media or via the "no, I still need help" option at the bottom of this link:

You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
