Message from Sky, re changes to the account

I have recived a message from Sky saying that request has been recived, to make changers to the accounts. This is not a request made by myself,  and i dont know if any changers have been made. 

 

The phone number given in the message is usless and will not connect to a huhman.

Not a lot us other customers can do.  You'll have to persevere in contacting Sky - try saying nothing to the robot.

 

However, I would change the password on the account ASAP.

 

Are you sure the mail was actually from Sky?  (There are known phishing mails going around)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Barry+Slater   It could be an attempt to Take Over your Account. I would persevere in trying to contact Sky.
