Charged early termination fee (within 30 days)

I've been charged early termination charge for broadband even though this was within the 30 days period of the price increase notification email which says you can leave within this period. Anyone from CS help?

You will need to call Sky again using the phone number shown on the price increase email and talk to them about this as Sky CS do not post on here.

That was for a credit refund of which Sky's messaging team can help with, they can not help with billing issues like this I'm afraid.
