Miss sold packge

I was offered a deal which included a sky glass tv and galaxy tab FREE if I stayed with sky to discover in the next 2 days that they were not free and I was being charged and had entered a contract for both I have had a terrible time trying to sort this out and can’t get an answer as to why I was told these facts by a so called CECIL as he gave me false information I have been waiting to receive a copy of the call for 14 Days and will be taking it further your help would be appreciated.

@Bab87590  It's unlikely Sky would ever offer a high priced item for free, if you wish to make a complaint you need to do so through these routes https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
