Changing Security Questions

I have forgotten my security questions & simply want to know how to change them so I don't lose access to my account.

If you login here: https://www.sky.com/mydetails/sky-id and scroll down there should be an option to do just that.

There is not, it is simply just:
"Sky iD name"

"Sky iD email address"
"Password"

"Two-step verification" (Phone Number & Recovery Code)

So, when you use the link given, do you not see:

Unfortunately not, just brings me back to the same 'my details' page.

It shows me everything but the secuirt questions part, not too sure why.

I did manage to brute force the security question, however if anyone can find out how this could be changed considering I am not receiveing the options then that would be appreciated.
