Free no adds for 4 months but showing charge
Hi
Just joined Sky and activated the TV service, MYSKY app was showing black Friday discount on no adds, free for 4 months but when I went to check my services it was showing £6 added to my bill, anyone else had this.

Did you activate it via the VIP section of the app ?
Do you see any credit on your bill or next bill for £6 ?

I just clicked the offer, didn't go to VIP. I'm new just activated the stream puck and just went to my account and noticed the £6 charge going on the next bill.

You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.

Thanks for your help but its so annoying and a bad experience for my first time of use, I`ll probably let them bill me then cancel.
