To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I'm trying to access my sky bill too and it says "restricted access", even though I have an account and pay for sky monthly!

@JPhillips98   Is it that your unable to view your bill online or are you unable to watch tv /use broadband due to non payment

I cannot access my bill or piggybank online and my phone isnt working, nothing said about account suspended and have paid off the bill. thanks!
