Re: Cancellation
@IgorRogerio You can't cancel through a public forum, you will need to call Sky.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.
Samsung 75" 4K TV, Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, EE FTTC Broadband, Three 5G Broadband (Backup), Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.

Re: Cancellation
You can not cancel via here.
You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel a TV service and 14 days notice for broadband and talk, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv
Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Cancellation
Remember to allow sufficient time to return any loaned equipment Sky are expecting back (the packaging is sent out towards the end of your notice period), and although moving abroad please keep your proof of posting it back safe and indefinitely.
