Credit on account
Hi, my account has around £250 credit which I recieved for 'total loss of service' on my broadband. How do I get this transferred to my bank account? Thanks

Re: Credit on account
Whilst you're still a customer it remains on your Sky account and goes towards paying your monthly bills.

Re: Credit on account
Thanks for the reply, so there's no way to withdraw it? Would rather have the cash in hand but carry on paying my monthly direct debit

Re: Credit on account
Compensation credit can not be refunded to you as it can only be used on your account to pay or part pay your bills.

Re: Credit on account
It can be refunded as I have a refund processing already from compensation awarded for loss of services.
