Cancellation

I want to cancel my Sky TV and broadband. I waited over 4 months for activation and now that it's happened I'm not impressed with the service. I was sent an email saying I'm owed £736.32 in compensation. I'd rather move on to a new provider and have that money put into my bank account. Am I right in thinking there's a month's cooling off period? I shouldn't be charged anything to leave right?

You won't be charged for early termination fees if within cooling off but you do have to pay for the period of usage.

@Bassdon  You can't cancel in a public community, you will need to call Sky if you are still within your cool off period.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Cancellation

Is the only option to actually call them?
