Cancellation

My service was supposed to be cancelled on 8/6 but is still live I have tried calling/messaging but all they try to do is sell me the service has anyone else had this issue I don't want to pay  for them not disconnecting! I have  the disconnection letter!!

Which service(s)? How did you cancel? Did you give notice on the 8th?

I cancelled all tv 31 days notice was 8June  but it's still on! broadband was disconnected 14 days after cancellation I have the email confirming tv service will disconnect on 8th

Hi @Salkyk   Was this Sky Q or another TV package?  Also what do your future bills show on My Sky or the Sky Q box (if you have one). The reason I mention Sky Q is that Sky would have sent you packaging to return your equipment.

It was Sky Q and yes they were going to send packaging to return which I have not received but assumed it would be sent after switch off? Like I said above I have got email confirmation and transcript of conversation on messages!

That's unsurprising, as you're billed as normal, right up to the end of your notice period. Naturally the overpayment will be refunded.

 

Can you still watch ch 106?
