Returning Sky equipment.

I am leaving Sky broadband and stream and have received a box to return the equipment. The covering letter asks me to return the broadband hub.

Do I not also need to return the puck or will another box be sent for that. Thanks.

@Steve127

As you have to give 31 days notice to cancel Sky Stream then you might find another box turns up but if it doesn't you can use any packaging you have as you can print the return label from the Sky website.

Do make sure you get and keep the proof of posting receipt.

Its probably worth verifying that the TV component has indeed been cancelled as well. How did you cancel the TV service, did you contact Sky directly and receive email confirmation that the TV service is being cancelled?
