Cancel sky tv

I am the bill payer but I'm not the account holder .  I want to cancel the sky but I don't have the details needed

Only the account holder can cancel I'm afraid as you paying the bill doesn't come into it.

Restricted services

My sky services have been restricted cause I have not paid my bill. I want to change and go to sky stream but I'm not the account holder just bill payer . My friend has moved away and we have fallen out . I spoke to sky before and the said to cancel dd. Then wait for the sky to be cancelled how long will that be

Sky can cancel an account when the bill becomes more than 56 days overdue.

If you cancel the payment method then Sky might cancel the account is no payment has been received after 56 days.

Hi thank you for replying to me. I have not paid my bill for 15th June and it won't go out on 15th July either . So what happen then cause that will be 30 days of not paying for the bill

56 days would be around the 15th August. Sky will then send emails/letters and the like to the account holder, that is if they haven't done it already.

Nothing until at least 56 days from 15th June have elapsed.

@27Nataliej  nothing will happen for at least 56 days from the payment due date of the first unpaid bill and even then there is no guarantee that sky will automatically cancel an account
