Cancel broadband
I spoke to someone last month about cancelling my broadband but I'm still getting charged

Are you still in your 14 days notice period? Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?

Billing continues as normal up to the day it is cancelled so what date did you speak to Sky about cancelling ?
