Credit Refund for wrong bill

Hello, I made a payment for a wrong bill and would like a refund for it or for it to be transferred to the correct bill

It can not be transferred but if you post back here tomorrow we can escalate your post to Sky's messaging team who will contact you via here about this.

Can it be refunded so I can make the payment to the correct bill or can I get someone to email thouse details to my back so I can be refunded and make the correct payment?

The process of refunding is that it takes 3-5 working days for the refund to be received into your bank account. As stated post back on this thread tomorrow if you want to participate in the chat process. It isn't available today.
