@Odds40 If you can't do it through your Sky account you'll need to call Sky.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
43" Glass TV & Puck Whole Home
Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.
Samsung 75" 4K TV, Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, EE FTTC Broadband, Three 5G Broadband (Backup), Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.

Re: Cancel TNT Subscription
If you go onto your online account.
select My sky near the top left then select the Products button. That will show all the products you have inclusing the TNT subscription.
Don't select that area, instead scroll to the bottom where there is a button to Manage ContentPacks.
That gives you an option to cancel , it does make you confirm a few times and then go to your basket and confirm again, but then does cancel teh subscription. If part way throuh a previously paid month it gives you continued access to the end of that period.
Easy when you know how.
