Total Sky Incompetence

It has been nearly 3 months since I cancelled my Sky subscription after Sky failed miserably to move our service from our old home to our new home and Sky are still strying to bill us for the new service to our new home when they didn't even carry out the installation .  I have returned the hub with the packaging provided yet 2 months after doing this (post office receipt to prove) I receive another prepaid packaging to return the equipment.  After many promises to reimburse me and lots of apologetic advisers we are still no closer to resolving the issue and we continue to receive email messages claiming they will hand the outstanding dept for a service never installed, never provided yet Sky should be reimbursing us.  Seriously, I cannot even begin to express how frustrating this whole experience has been and continues.  The incompetence and whole experience is beyond belief.
