Technical difficulties when tryig to renew tv and broadband contract

I have been trying to renew my tv and broadband contract for weeks, it let's me view the tv renewal but as soon as I select to view broadband options I get a "technical difficulties please try later message" message.

 

I'm now on a rolling contract with an astronomical monthly fee but I can't renew it. Any ideas?

You will have to call Sky to get your order placed.
