Can’t find account number no paperwork don’t use bank account to pay

I can't find my sky a account number I have no sky paperwork and pay by credit card not bank account

Have you been sent any emails from Sky as they should have your account number on them, if you don't may we ask why you need it ?

I must find out why no on line statement link just says restricted page
